IMPORTANT NOTE: The House Appropriations Committee has NOT yet released guidance for Fiscal Year 2027 Programmatic & Language Request submissions. This form will be updated once that information becomes available. If you submit your form before the guidance is released, you will be asked to provide any additional information required beyond what was provided in the original request.

For Fiscal Year 2027, the Office of Rep. Crawford is accepting submissions for Programmatic and Language requests to the upcoming Appropriations process.

A separate request form must be submitted for each individual CPF request. Consolidated requests from a single organization, submitted on a single form, will not be considered.

- State & Foreign Operations (Now National Security- State)
- Defense
- Labor-HHS-Education
- Transportation-HUD
These dates are subject to change based on House Appropriations Committee deadlines. Late or incomplete requests will not be considered.
