Washington — Today, Representative Rick Crawford (AR-01) released the following statement following President Biden’s State of the Union Address: 

“Tonight President Biden spoke of a nation that is entirely different than the one Americans are experiencing. Families are watching the buying power of their wages being slashed by inflation, they are struggling to afford filling up at the pump and heat their houses, and they continue to live under illogical COVID regulations which have caused their children to fall behind in schools and put the economy in crisis. It is clear that Biden doesn’t have a path forward for our country nor does he claim responsibility for these failures. Instead he is pushing for policies which will further harm the middle class and perpetuate our energy woes.”
