Congressman Rick Crawford Applauds USDA’s Coronavirus Food Assistance Program
Today, Congressman Crawford announced his support for USDA’s Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP). The program provides up to $16 billion in relief to farmers and ranchers affected by the pandemic exchange for their commodities. “Our nation’s farmers and ranchers always sustain us during difficult times. Though they are facing new and unfamiliar challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they continue to show their strength and resilience. I applaud Secretary Perdue’s leadership to rapidly release this aid to help keep producers in business and to put food on the table of Americans’ tables across the nation.”
