Crawford Mobile Office Schedules June 11 Visits
Staff Members Will Travel to Madison, Helena-West Helena
To best serve the needs of Arkansas’ First District residents, Congressman Rick Crawford (AR-1) will have representatives from his District office visit Madison and Helena-West Helena Wednesday, June 11.
Congressman Crawford’s staff members will be hands-on at the Madison Community Center—located at 306 Martin Luther King Drive— from 10 a.m.-noon and the Helena-West Helena City Hall—located at 226 Perry Street—from 2-4 p.m. to help anyone with a federal agency or program issue.
Crawford said given the widespread problems plaguing the Veterans Health Administration, he advised any veteran not receiving timely, proper medical care to consult his staff.
“The fact that our Armed Forces veterans cannot receive a level of health care reflective of their great service is outright appalling,” Crawford said. “Our veterans deserve better, and my staff can offer assistance to any potential claims. In fact, we’ll have a dedicated staff member in attendance to talk one-on-one with veterans and handle their issues.”
In addition to VA benefits, Congressman Crawford’s staff will offer attendees assistance with any problem regarding federal issues or agencies, including Medicare, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the Internal Revenue Service. Crawford said he regrets his inability to take part in the Mobile Office, but he added his staff will assist any First District resident with these problems.
“Whatever the issue, my office is here to service the constituents in Arkansas’ First District,” Crawford said.
Crawford also invited constituents to stop by and share comments regarding issues in Congress.
“My staff members have expressed their enthusiasm to spend time in St. Francis and Phillips Counties,” Crawford said. “We’re here to listen as much as we are to help.”
Constituents need no advance appointments to meet with Congressman Crawford’s staff.
