Crawford: Ready for ‘Proven, Conservative Solutions’ in 114th Congress
U.S. Congressman Rick Crawford (AR-1) released the following statement after he — along with other members of Congress — took the Oath of Office and were sworn into the 114th Congress:
“Today’s Oath of Office starts a new chapter for Congressional members to support and defend the U.S. Constitution, and I began my third term serving the First District of Arkansas taking that oath with great responsibility, privilege, and honor. My priorities for the 114th Congress include new responsibilities within the House Agriculture Committee and legislation to limit the Federal Government’s out-of-control spending problem, and I’m eager to work toward proven, conservative solutions that advance our country, state, and district.”
Congressman Crawford begins his third term as the U.S. representative for Arkansas’ First Congressional District, which fully encompasses the counties of Arkansas, Baxter, Chicot, Clay, Cleburne, Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Desha, Fulton, Greene, Independence, Izard, Jackson, Lawrence, Lee, Lincoln, Lonoke, Mississippi, Monroe, Phillips, Poinsett, Prairie, Randolph, Saint Francis, Searcy, Sharp, Stone, and Woodruff, as well as a portion of Jefferson County. To best serve the needs of his constituents, Crawford has offices in the following locations:
