Congressman Rick Crawford (R-Ark.) today released the following statement regarding the passing of Stanley Reed of Marianna, Arkansas:

“It is with a sad heart I express my deepest sympathies to the family of Stanley Reed.  He dedicated his life to agriculture, education, family and community. Stanley’s leadership positively impacted his hometown of Marianna in Lee County and well beyond. As president of the Arkansas Farm Bureau, his influence was felt across the state, and indeed the nation, as he advocated for Arkansas agriculture. Stanley’s family will remain in my thoughts and prayers throughout this difficult time.”
