3/25/2022
Washington — Today, Representative Rick Crawford (AR-01) released the following statement after the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) announced the withdrawal of last month’s the natural gas policy statements. These statements were the first updates to the certification process for new interstate natural gas projects in over 20 years.

I’m glad FERC corrected this illogical error, and I call on them to work with energy producers to increase domestic production,” said Rep. Crawford.
